How do I register with Nomenda?
To register with Nomenda you must have a valid supported company work e-mail address. To verify that your address is valid, an auto-generated e-mail is sent to the address you provide us. Company spam filters sometimes mistakenly identify these e-mails as spam. If you believe this has happened, we would like to know! Please send us an e-mail from your work address with the subject line “I can't register”, and we will look into this problem.
I forgot my password/account information. How do I login?
If you forgot your account information, you can reset it here. Your account login is your work e-mail address.
Will someone find out if I decline his or her contact request?
If you decline someone's contact request it will appear to the other user that you still haven't approved their contact request. It will appear this way for thirty (30) days. This way, you don't have to worry about offending anyone by declining their request.
How do I upload a picture of myself?
You can upload a picture of yourself with the My Picture form. Images you upload here should not be copyrighted or explicit, and should meet the Terms of Service. Images should also be no larger than 1 MB in size, and should be in PNG, JPG, or GIF format. Uploading may take a minute, so please be patient!
